What is our ambition? We strive to simply do what we say we will do. If you commit to something, follow through. If you set expectations, meet them. And in the rare case you might not be able to meet a commitment (because we only failed that ONE time and we know you remember that one time) just tell the truth – no cover ups, no excuses.

Vision

Why does it matter? Because we believe we can have fun and make a positive impact every day. Success in anything is not one big step but the culmination of many little ones. It’s the smile a customer has the first time they see their shirts, it’s the time spent mentoring a struggling a math student or simply saying hello to a stranger. There is no one thing, it is everything.
