Josh Fales
Forget the nicknames. When asked what his theory was on job titles he frankly said, "None. We are one company, a group, not a bunch of individuals. I could care less what you want to call me or anyone else working with us... but I don't believe in slapping a job title on someone."
As an optimist, even in the worst of times Josh has a general disposition to expect the best in life, that all is going to turn out well. It is most certainly why such an outstanding group of people are willing to work together to facilitate one vision and pursue passion of doing business the right way; by having fun.
Chad Eckert
Chad stepped up as CMT's original graphic artist.
Chad created the designs for several shirts including the "Dancing Keg" Senior Barn Party shirt, which boogied its way onto over 1000 tees and counting (you can find the original dancing keg drawing hanging on Chad's wall!). Chad can also be credited as the mastermind behind the company's incredible name, "CreateMyTee.com".
Chad's a utility guy who does quotes, processes orders, manages web peripherals, attempts to do marketing, etc. Regardless, through countless orders, Chad became CMT's premier "go-to-guy" and will continue to be one of the greatest assets of the CreateMyTee.com team.
John Hogan
John Hogan has accumulated and brings to the table 15 years of technology, marketing, and strategy experience.
Building solutions based on the needs of middle market companies to achieve competitive advantages. John has consistently been a leading visionary for us and strives for the next big thing with CreateMyTee. Through working with GE Lighting and Sherwin Williams and as a consultant with Price Waterhouse and Clarus, John has been on the cutting edge of ideas and knowledge throughout the development of CreateMyTee.com.
Chris Matthews
Chris is fully loaded with knowledge applicable to life after college.
We all know 95% of what we learn comes from the classroom…I guess this is why Chris uses his precious B.A. in Economics & Management as proof he can take life semi serious. Chris helps advise in pretty much all areas of sales and management. Chris often sparks many of the ideas that generate practical functions down the road. For this we praise his ability to insightfully ignite creative energy in all of us.
John Burnside
John B. has 10 years of website development experience and has the portfolio to prove it.
With an in-depth understanding of technology and a client-first philosophy, John developed our website with unimaginable results. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and is Microsoft certified in both web application development and database development.
From managing frequently updated content to enabling e-commerce, John fully trusted the vision and supported us the whole way. The result is a state of the art website that provides unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Don Duchateau
"Duck", a nickname given to him while in the U.S. Navy brings exceptional graphic design skills.
In addition he brings user interface design and marketing experience from both work in past and present higher education and private sector markets over the past 10 years.
Many of Don's CreateMyTee cohorts know him as the guy who works too much and always complains there are not enough hours in a day and is currently petitioning to extend the typical 24 hour day to 36 hours. So please do us all a very big favor and join the movement to put a stop to his petition to extend our day an additional 12 hours and order some t-shirts from CreateMyTee.com so he can quit working odd jobs for extra money!
