We ordered shirts for an upcoming 4th of July parade, and the process was a breeze! The team was extremely helpful in assisting with some special needs we had for this order ( a recolored logo, and size adjustments to accommodate a mixed group of adult and youth participants). I originally wanted my shirts by the first week in April, so my order by date was 2 weeks prior to that. I then had a delay, and didn't need the shirts until the second week in April, so I waited another week to order them, thinking that 2 weeks was still the right amount to get them by. However, because I was ordering Comfort Colors which sometimes have stocking issues, it added 10 days to my order, saying I wouldn't get the shirts until late April! I chatted with a CreateMyTee associate online and they quickly looked up my order, the shirts I wanted, checked that they were in stock, and then moved up my 'need by' date so it was before my event date. I then got my shirts a full week before the day it said they would arrive! I am super impressed with the customer service I received to make sure I get my shirts in time, and they look amazing! My organization looks awesome!
