Artist wanted it to be exactly what we wanted. Our satisfaction was foremost, and we got what we wanted. Proportions were changed a little bit, and it enhanced the appearance of the shirt. EXCELLENT rendering, and the shirts looked even better than the pictures did!

Very happy with process of working with artist. He created revisions and generated new artwork quickly and as described. I was a little confused about the process of paying for custom colors vs using the existing color palette and initially wasn't sure if i was using custom colors or not. The artist also tried to generate a mockup that used 3 colors instead of 4 which was nice but unnecessary. Maybe the 3 color mockup could have been more effective / useful if there was a comparison in shirt prices sent at the same time so I could see the differences in prices without going through and doing an instant quote myself.

My only disappointment on this order was, it was an additonal request to add 25 shirts to my original order. I had not received a call or e-mail notification and found the order had been forgotten? The extra order did arrive the day before the race. Thank you.
I was also dissapponted at the increased price. The men's only increased .36 and the women's by $1.09. Since all the artist work had been done I didn't know why I was not able to add on at the same price. It wasn't a huge amout, the race covered it, but decreased the amt of donation given to the chosen local benefactor.
The shirts are great. For such a small race, I know I could get the shirts cheaper but I appreciate that you perform the design, communicate well and are efficient in delivery.

Everything was great! Not to mention affordable. We even received our cardigans by the date promised, with enough time to distribute! Thanks so much.

My only complaint has to do with the quality of the T-shirt. I ordered the same as the previous year however the material was thinner. You could actually see your hand through it. I compared it to the previous years purchase and you can definitely see the difference. As mentioned to my rep they were manufactured in 2 different countries. Was hoping for the same experience as the previous year.

I needed these shirts fast and I wanted them to be perfect for our fundraiser. Abbas was very tolerant of my need for perfection and was always accommodating and very prompt. Kelley busted his butt to help me get shirts and get these ordered so I could get them in time for my fundraiser.

The shirts are bit more than I would like to pay but I am willing to use create my tee because they do such terrific work designing them. Your personnel are wonderful!
My runners love the originality but commented that the orange shirts from last year did fade a bit.

There were a couple minor changes that my shirt logo needed and Alyssa fixed it perfectly and in a very timely manner!

It was the easiest process I've ever done. In the last 2 years, I've worked with about 5 companies to prepare Gym T-shirts and Competition T-shirts. It was always stressful, long, and the artist-client communication didn't exist. I LOVE that I can tell andrew what I want, the artist gets right to it, then I can chat with my artist about changes, and the buy it when I'm ready. To be honest, I'm trying to find reasons to keep making more T-shirts because you guys make it so easy and fun.

I'm not sure if this survey applies to my purchase at CreatMytee.com. I brought my item in to your Ann Arbor office for embroidery not knowing the nature of your business or how your business worked. I did not know that you were a dot.com business doing business entirely over the internet. In the end, I was extremely happy with the embroidery work that was done on my bag. I found the two employees that I met to be helpful and friendly.

The Art work center was great, and so was Kelley Gordon, our CMT Rep. We had a big snafu with the original order of these shirts, and although we were told that the shirt style may run small , we based our ' mental image ', so to speak, on the shirt sizing we had already had experience with...When we received the shirts-exactly what we had ordered-I was completely taken aback by how small the sizing truly was...It has been a long story to get everything worked out, but Kelley Gordon has been wonderful in helping to bring the ' shirt snafu ' to a positive conclusion.
