Kelley is a wonderful employee...you should be proud to have her on your team. She goes out of her way to assist the customer and I am extremely impressed by her customer service skills. I know she's not the artist, but she's the first person a customer comes in contact with. She made our purchase and responded to questions in an expeditious manner. Make sure you keep Kelley on your team! She makes me want to order more t-shirts!

Again, another pleasurable experience with a great product, and again, great help from CreateMyTee staff. However, a couple things that caused some hiccups along the way that I would have not been able to get through without the knowledgeable and expedient Jimmy Hurley and Alyssa Polsinelli.
1. The website doesn't allow you to select different colored shirts/inks in the same order, even though it was an option with the reps I worked with. 2. The website was showing colors that were no longer available (Jade Dome). 3. Related to #1, inability to select custom color/ink combos didn't allow "instant quote" to show a true cost. Later through the order, I had to go back and pay a remaining balance on my order. 4. When "Approving my Artwork" in the Artwork Center, the website didn't allow me to approve custom Names & Numbers that had " " (quotation marks) that I wanted printed, even though it is possible. I would imagine this applies to other special characters? Jimmy told me this was a known issue. 5. I was unaware of the ability to use more than 1 line for custom names on the sleeves of my shirts (at a higher cost, which is understandable), but the website didn't provide any information that it was an option. Jimmy helped me work through it and get exactly what I wanted.
Overall, it was still a fantastic experience with a great product, and all the help I needed from Jimmy Hurley and Alyssa Polsinelli who continually show they go above and beyond to help meet my requirements as the customer.

I mentioned this is a comment I sent from the "contact us" section of the website, but Jimmy Hurley and Alyssa Polsinelli were an absolute pleasure to work with. My order was rather complicated, but they worked me through it and helped me get exactly what I needed. They are professional, courteous, and friendly... one of the primary reasons I will continue to go to CreateMyTee for all my custom apparel needs, as well as recommend to others.

Jimmy was great to work with. Last year I placed an t-shirt order for our softball team and we needed additional shirts this year for new players. Jimmy walked me through each step to get the same type of shirt and logo for the our new players.

Alyssa was extremely helpful, and she made all my changes exactly how I wanted. It was nice being able to email right with her, and I thought it was comforting to be able to see the changes along the way. I've ordered shirts in the past, and after I've sent the info, I was usually just crossing my fingers that it would like right. There was no guess work here. I will definitely be using this site for future orders and recommending it to others!

We had absolutely terrific artists and specialist. The Createmytee staff were more than professional and willing to come to our office to do a personal consultation. This was really helpful in the process because I work part time and was unable to timely respond to emails and messages. The ability to see the colors of the shirts and feel the materials were great. We needed this personal step in order to make our final decision. We will definitely order again.

The website is not very intuitive. Every time I place an order, I call because Kelley is always helpful and efficient. The website is too much of a bother.

I thought that the experience was great. The only thing we found was the look of our logo from the version on the computer to the version that came on the t-shirt changed. The t-shirt looked great, but it was not quite the colors that we had expected, I think in the future we would probably want to use the number associated with the actual color on our logo to make sure the colors are the same. Again, certainly not an issue on CreateMyTee's side, it was just the way the look transpired from the Artwork Center to our computer.

I always have a difficult time when I have to go to a specific website to check out my order status. I would much prefer to have my invoice emailed directly to me. I don't have much time to try to figure out how I have to navigate websites.

Once again, the process of creating and proofing artwork was simple, fast and efficient. Oftentimes, buyers have to wait days for a proof to be snail-mailed to the office, which delays the process tremendously. The online back-and-forth process of messaging the artist directly and soliciting precise, detailed feedback is incredibly helpful. Linking the proof to Facebook is also a bonus for soliciting feedback from fans/followers of our social media. Highly recommend (and have!) to others.

The artist did a good job recommending colors. I thought I knew what colors I was going to use but she suggested light orange instead of dark and it was perfect!

We debated about the green vs. blue inks for "Camp Kateri--Summer 2012" on the purple shirts. Julie stated that the blue would read well and that the lime doesn't show up as well on lighter fabrics, so we stayed with the blue. It does look alright, but green would definitely have been better--just FYI for future color choices! :)
Julie was definitely right about not using the underbase for the Kateri staff "vintage" shirts, though! She was definitely great to work with!
