It would be great to have more companies offer t-shirts in XS sizes. Right now, one can only order them with AmericanApparel, which is relatively expensive. That's not CreatMyTee's fault, though, I guess.

We had some issues with the order process with the first shirts we wanted not being in stock and then we received more 1/2 shirts when they should have been full marathon shirts. The re-order came quickly though. The process in the artwork center was pretty good. Updates came quickly.

The artist was easy to work with: I have no complaints.

My artist was good, but the rep who worked with me towards the end was excellent. I believe his name was Brian but im not completely sure. He did all of the tough work and made it as simple and easy as possible for me and answered any questions I had with great detail. He also consistently followed up to make sure everything was going well, overall he is the main reason why our fraternity will be using create my tee for years to come. He made the process extremely easy.

Working with the artists was great. I love the boxes. Usually when dealing with people online you end up sending emails all over the place and losing track of what is going on. The way you do it is very direct and personal.

My artwork was already prepared before working with my artist so it was a pretty easy process to make sure it was on the shirt in the right place.

Payment structure should be shown earlier in the process so that schools may be able to plan better. Our payment process is difficult to navigate. It ended fine but I wasn't aware until completing the job and put me into a small panic!

Overall, we had a great experience. I wish we could have seen an actual picture of the color we chose before we ordered. I was expecting a heathered graphite grey and was a little surprised when I opened the box. There was NO misrepresentation -- I just had a different image in my head and would have chosen a different color (maybe a navy blue) if I'd seen an actual sweatshirt before ordering.

I think the artist should make more recommendations to make the design the best it can be. I uploaded artwork and they just did what I said, even though I asked to please make suggestions. No suggestions were made.

I have made three separate orders in the past few months and was treated like royalty each time. The rep was helpful, especially the first time I was on the website and wasn't sure how to get started (it was a big order with three different designs). The artist always did an excellent job and I never had a problem with any of his creations. The second two orders were thrown together at the last minute. The rep and artist (Kelly and Brian) worked quickly and efficiently to get the t-shirts to me before I needed them. CreateMyTee made my life easier and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks!
