Brian did an excellent job with the artwork and the shirts! Kelley was very responsive and helpful. They are great representatives of the company. There were only two issues that I would mention as considerations for improvement:
1. During our process, Brian had a personal issue come up and was out of the office for a time. It would be nice if there was an automated out of office message or if there was somehow a way to re-route any messages during this time to another staff member. It was not typical of him because he was so quick to respond so I wondered if something was up, but it would be nice if there was a way this could be communicated to the customer since I know these things can happen. 2. It would also be nice if re-ordering was more beneficial for those who purchase large orders (100+). For our event, we had some people who registered with us and said they did not want a shirt, but then had remorse once they saw how awesome the shirts looked. This is definitely a compliment for you and your company that the shirts became so coveted! However, when I asked about re-ordering, the minimum order requirement and placing the pricing back as if we hadn't ordered any shirts made it unaffordable for us and so we weren't able to re-order for those folks. Next time, I'll know just to get their size and order it, regardless of what they tell me initially! :)

The only thing that I didn't like was the turn around time. After I placed my order it took three weeks to get shirts and I had some people complaining about how long it took. Everything else was great!!

Artist was able to duplicate the outline of a pic exactly the way I imagined it myself to look without a lot of changes or prompting... that was impressive.

Honestly the actual artwork on the items are great, but the actual graphics of your apparel doesn't do your company justice. It doesn't show the apparel well and comparing you to other companies, it makes you seem like to lack quality (which you all do not). Plus, it makes it hard to tell what the finished item is going to look like. Lastly, the colors on your proofs are often a tad bit off and that doesn't help with the last statement I made.

I noticed that the vinyl on some of the shirts had bubbled and when you tried to scratch it off it would peel.

The project manager Kevin Pohl was excellent to work with, I felt he did everything to ensure that my order went well. I am so disappointed in the color. My family really wanted Neon yellow there is a difference between yellow and Neon yellow. Not sure what the family is going to say when they receive yellow and they wanted Neon yellow such as the Anvil product. The family reunion theme color is "Neon" . Everything else went very well.
