I'm sure it was a fluke, but make the all parts of the printing are included on the invoice. We had paid and then learned the price of the design on the back was not included.

It seems like the vinyl on the shirts is bent and has sort of a stiff nature to it,
Either it was due to stretching the fabric when applying OR it will just come out when it is warmed up a little and is worn.

I thoroughly enjoy working with the staff at CreateMyTee! Initially, when I first started with my latest order, I had two teams from CreateMyTee working with me, and I think that there was some confusion as to which team I was to be paired with...But once it got straightened out, things went along without a hitch. Yes, I talked with the artist through the messaging system in the Artwork Center. It was very easy, and especially helpful that we got email notifications whenever a message was posted.

I was working on a pretty tight deadline and waiting a day to receive a message made the process a little difficult

I have used CreateMyTee for many things and this was the first time I had a problem, contacting someone and getting artwork designs was very difficult and took a long time. I waited 6 days for an update on my print and had to call to get one. The shirt did not turn out exactly how I had asked, so when I called they were very quick to fix the problem and send new shirts in time for the event, this made up for the timeliness problem. The second shirt was great and I really liked how it turned out.

The artist was prompt in making changes. Viewing the proofs was easy.

I have concerns with the print colors as they are represented. I realize throughout the process I was warned colors may vary, but it would be nice to get a more realistic proof. That being said, Jimmy went out of his way to make me happy and provided my with shirts I am very happy with.
