The customer service rep and artist were terrific! I received the shirts when they informed me that I would and they were exactly what I wanted. My only wish is that it didn't take 2 weeks to print and receive the shirts. I ordered them for a 5K that I'm organizing and had to cut off the ability to get a shirt 2 1/2 weeks before the event.

We ordered 2 different colored t-shirts with a new logo. CreateMyTee helped with determining which shirt colors would work with our logo colors, and after many trials and proofs, we ended up buying the t-shirts & some polos. They all arrived right on schedule, look great and exceeded our expectations.

The entire team at CreateMyTee has been exceptional each and every time I have worked with them. Artists are great at respecting ideas, but also brilliant at offering alternatives to meet intent. Kate Bizer was my artist. She was very easy to work with and understood the design I was looking for. It only took four renditions of the artwork. The first was just as I described in the beginning, but I personally didn't like it so I switched gears a bit. The next two renditions were closer each time. The fourth and final one was exactly what I was looking for. Great job Kate!

It would be great if you have an area on the box that you could write the size shirts and quantities in the box. I ordered 600+ for my run that came in 11 boxes. I had to open each box to sort the boxes because I wasn't going to take all of the boxes to packet pick up.

Updates during the shipping process would be good. After the payment was made, I had to "pull" any updates regarding shipping, this information should be pushed to customers. That is my chief complaint.

The print quality was poor on our initial order, but Kelley (our Project Manager) worked quickly to correct the issue. You all replaced most of the shirts and rushed to get them to us before our event. The turnaround time was truly incredible. It seemed almost impossible, but you all made it work. The replacement shirts looked amazing! Also, Kelley was just so responsive, kind, and apologetic about the mistake that it more than made up for the inconvenience of not having the shirts as early as we had really hoped.

We received so many compliments on the shirt artwork at our event this year. Everyone absolutely loved the shirts!

Yes, the Artwork Center is fairly easy to understand, although the uploading portion is not effective for submitting a photo of a personal drawing. The software registers and links too many shades together and makes it impossible to take even a simple line drawing to a two value image for a one color print.

Working with Kelley has been great! She's so caring and gets the job done. Always exceeds expectations.

After working with my CreateMyTee rep to design our first shirt I learned what and how to send my thoughts of what I wanted.
