It would be nice to have the option of calling the artist and discussing the artwork over the phone as well as the option to write a message on the message board. Also, I don't think people realize the quality you provide for the artwork. Perhaps you can show compare and contrast types of pictures on your website so that people know how silk screen compares to decals or other lesser forms of artwork.

I am extremely happy with my order-and so are my friends who ordered the 1/4 Zip grey sweatshirts with the Jump for the Cure design. Kelley Gordon has helped me with many of my orders, and she helped me with this one. She spotted one sweatshirt that did not ' come up to your quality standards ' before the order was sent to me, so she corrected the problem, and a new sweatshirt was sent to me. I really appreciated all of the help and guidance on my ' queries ' about other products ( like bumper stickers ) that Kelley helped me with as well. I am definitely a huge CMT fan!

I think more on the phone and less email works best. Had a little trouble at first with getting to final artwork, but we got there. I think once Alyssa (our artist) and I were on the phone, we made better time. As to Kelley, she is the best PR for you there. She treats the customer as first class. Thanks to her.

We are pretty happy with the quality of the shirts, except that the shirts seem a little thin. Compared to a $6 target t-shirt that my boss was wearing today, they are much thinner. Hopefully they will hold up. I would have preferred a much thicker shirt, thus giving us longer wearability, especially since most of our staff is men. I appreciate the very quick turn around time and the good customer service that we received from your staff.

Everything went smooth from the start, was very happy with my t-shirts.

My CreateMyTee artist was fantastic. We communicated back and forth and she didn't make me feel like I was being a nuisance. She was very open to making my changes for me and they happened quickly. I thought the whole process was so easy.

It was a little confusing to get emails from the artist and then also have communication on your website. Seemed like duplication.
